I am astonished at the care and kindness, and this incredible facility… words could not express my gratitude our daughters (twins were born premature), exhausted and frightened, coming back to my beautiful room. There are toys and books for the children as gifts and little hearts on the pillows - just wonderful !!!!. Amazing people god bless everyone involved in this amazing endeavor❤️❤️❤️ until you are faced with this situation you can’t imagine how stressful it is -

This place is great. It's a place to shower, cleanup, relax, unwind, and recharge. They provide food throughout the day. This is a place for children, parents, grandparents, and siblings while their family member gets better. They also provide two warm meals a day as well as all sorts of grabngo food options. Sharing God's love to all humanity.

If I could give this place a rank higher i would. The staff and volunteers were very respectful to me and my girlfriend. My girlfriend started to cry due to Separation Anxiety from our son in the NICU, and one of the staff talked to her and helped her out.
The rooms are nice, the place is very clean. And there are stores near by if you need something else.

Amazing charity! Have been here for 77 days and counting because I had a baby prematurely. They offer free food and private room and bathroom. Relaxing environment, free laundry, nice people who volunteer, very well thought out ❤

My infant son was transferred to Beacon Children's Hospital late one night. I had little to no sleep since I just gave birth only 3 days prior. The reps at the Ronald McDonald House were caring and supportive and showed me a great facility that was a home away from home. When I went to my room the first night the volunteer said that it appeared that I checked out and he gave the room to another family despite the fact that I had the only 2 key cards to the room. The promise of a real shower with an inviting bed was dashed. He attempted to help me gather supplies to take a shower in my infant's room to make up for it and said some sorry excuse about miscommunication. Being totally exhausted I couldn't stop crying in the shower. Nice idea and would have really appreciated the generosity of strangers, but I was put in the position of denying the room to another family that was promised the same comforts. I hope they slept well because I did not.

Couldn't ask for a better group of people, and facility. Went above and beyond for my family and continues too everytime we have to be there for our daughters cancer treatments. Absolutely amazing <3

The people were very nice and understanding.. Volunteers cooked and cleaned every night. They even gave us a room to shower and sleep in. It was like a hotel room.. It made my time there a lil less
stressful..
