I made an appointment for my roommate, and I got a call back. The woman was very inquisitive and asked questions that had no bearing on what he wanted, which is to have his taxes done.
She wanted to know who I was, what my relationship to him was, were we related, WHY I was doing this for him (ah, he can't read, he has a steel plate in his head due to an auto accident OK?) How do I know his financial situation (He gets SSI--I'm his landlord it's my business to know, OK?)
Very unprofessional with her attitude and querying of these questions I thought.
They do provide a great service for low income people, and people who don't know how to do taxes.
It's just I don't think she had to act in that manner, which angered and frightened me.
I hope I never have to endure an experience like that again.

The workers here will do everything possible to help. If you legitimately have a need they will do everything in their power to take care of you and they have a plethora of services they perform or they can arrange someone who can. Come see them today if you have a problem.

Rude, unconcerned about both of my sons prescription formula they both needed, had to have my prescriptions faxed several times both times. Clearly unorganized, rarely answers the phone, often doesn't call back or doesn't in a timely manner when they do. Have to call several times to get help with one thing.

They are great ppl their ,They did our taxes for us for free for the second year in a roll ,And they try to help with any other services they can help with.
