Positive Steps is an awesome company to work for. You're rewarded for your hard work and there is room for advancement. We have a wonderful set of employees and awesome clients we care for. Management is supportive and goes out of there way to address any issues your having and accomidates within reason of course. I've been doing this work for 16 years and you wont be disappointed!

It’s a ok company, the staff they hire definitely aren’t the greatest for the safety of the clients or have good enough knowledge, but the owner does care about the clients so that is a benefit of the company he is usually there to make sure the staff improve but needs a stronger hand, but I wouldn’t recommend them as a service until the restructure the ground work so the fundamentals are stronger & raises the bare minimum needs to least decent knowledge once they make that happen, I could see this company being one of the best in Michigan for clients wish them the best.
