I had purchased two tickets for Bus Stop on March 18, 2023, but when I arrived the venue in Loomis was not open and no sign on the door with regards to what was going on. There was no advanced notice, either via my email or text, that the entire show was "Cancelled," which I only found out by going to their web page. Not only was the show cancelled but there was no refund issued. Therefore, I will be filing a claim with my credit card company and NEVER attend another show because of their lousy lack of communication and customer service!!
