Justin took in an adult and four puppies from the family of the owner who had passed away. We would have rescued the adult, but instead we were offered a puppy as someone else took the adult before we could request her. The pup was approx 10 weeks old and we felt like the adoption/rescue proceeding and costs were about normal. He gave her a microchip and booster vax upon pickup. He reviewed with us what he’d observed of her personality in the short period he had her. The pup went off to our vet as soon as we got her home…we provided our vet the initial de worming and vaccination record we were given and we were given a clean bill of health and a plan for continuation of vaccination. All as expected…better even, since rescues often get pups from the streets or from shelter where they are susceptible to illness which doesn’t show up until later. I feel good about Justin’s efforts - at the end of the day he saves some lives and that’s what it’s all about. In the three weeks we’ve had her we’ve seen her little personality blossom…it’s true love over here.

I was looking for a place to donate money on a regular basis. After reading reviews it was the person running the"business" rude adhd unprofessional comments that made me keep looking. You lost money today, because yoyr own behavior. I do not think thy should be allowed 5th handle the lives of others. Dogs are to Good for you and now I worry about their safety. I'll be calling on a regular basis to have the facility monitored.

We adopted a dog from Justin and couldn’t be happier! Justin was great from start to finish. He really cares about the dogs and wants to see them go to a good home. He gave us plenty of time to interact with the 3 puppies we were interested in so we could choose the best fit. All the pups were clean and well taken care of. We love our new little guy ! 💕 We would definitely adopt from 1 Love Dog Rescue again! Thanks, Justin, for all you do for all the dogs you rescue and help find forever homes.

I would encourage you to read the reviews if you are here to post about a fraudulent credit card charge. This small business has been unfairly targeted by a scammer, and is a victim as well. Let us all love dogs and not connect the bad actions of a bad actor to people doing good!

I had an amazing experience with 1 Love Dog Rescue. Justin & Maria were both so incredibly kind. I adopted a 9 week old puppy almost 2 weeks ago now. He is such a lover! He already understands multiple commands & has basically potty trained himself! The adoption/donation fee was a great value compared to most places. He already had multiple vaccinations, & was microchipped! Upon arrival, I noticed the place was clean & the puppies all looked cared for and happy. The process was efficient & everything was broken down on the paperwork which made everything happen quite smoothly. I have since taken my pup to the vet for his first puppy visit and even the veterinarian mentioned how great he looked and how well mannered he is. She was really impressed! I’m so grateful to have come across this rescue and despite some of the negative reviews, I highly encourage others to see for themselves! Overall, this has been a great experience and I would easily recommend them to my family & friends!

Curiosity brought me here. I had to close out my credit card because there were multiple mysterious transactions of over $100 on my account. Assuming it’s fraud due the that fact ive never had a dog or even been to the state of California. Just hoping my bank will refund the money.

We recently got our little golden chow from 1 Love rescue and it was a great experience. Justin was so nice and helped us picked out perfect dog for our family. We are so lucky to have our little Phoebe in our life.
