Terrible experience. Didn’t get the code until 45 minutes after booking started and no one answered the phone, email, or text. When we got in, the temp was so hot everyone was sweating through their clothes in the photos. Will not book again.

EDIT: in response to the Studio’s response below: I asked for the payment link for the additional hour TWICE throughout the day. No one responded to me. However, I had a text message saying starting at 6 PM was not a problem so I assumed they were not in a rush to receive payment and I would just pay when they got around to sending me the link. Instead, they locked our team out for that hour.

Interesting how they had time to respond to this review but didn’t respond to me within 48 hours of the multiple messages and emails I sent explaining the issue that I had with our booking to them directly. Honestly, I cannot recommend this studio less under this new management. I hope new management steps and that has the ability to respond to client grievances long before they write a review and they try to “call them out publicly”; as if that somehow is going to make the grievance any better?

Also, interesting they didn’t talk at all about how hot it was in there and how our entire team was dripping in sweat because I guess they couldn’t argue with that one.

Terrible management. Once again: Can not recommend.

Designed for photography, not video production. Many varied backgrounds, textures, and cyc walls for portraits and product photography. Access key code provided did not work. Could not reach business by phone. With the help of a neighbor, we finally reached an upstairs resident who let us in. Toilet was disconnected. Our video crew fought random noise all morning -- car alarms, yapping dogs, passing aircraft, golf balls bouncing upstairs, revving truck engine repairs right outside. We had rented the space all day, but called it after 3.5 hours of frustration, and finished our video shoot in an industrial park. Recommended for photography only.

Couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. Quick call backs, problem solving on the fly and all for what is honestly, not a very expensive rental at all. That really says everything. Went out of their way to help me regardless of how much I spent.

I’ll be renting again any time I’m in Orlando, the sticks, light dome, and c-stand made the shoot possible. Thanks so much!
