I was dropped off outside of the building and an employee came out and told me to get off of their property. She was completely ignorant to my plight and I was left to drag my suitcase to the wooded area across the street. She made the issue about my having stayed at a domestic violence shelter within the last 12 months and she said it was a problem the hospital in Saginaw did not call them before leaving me there. I appreciate the church that is responsible for New Hope and I truly hope they hire people who are educated in social services. The woman was not aware and did not convey she was informed about homelessness in the state of Michigan.

Very clean and plenty of parking. Wish they would allow children and parents to stay there during the day on weekends. Or with little ones in the frigid cold. Especially if someone has no car.
