It would seem that you have one chance and one chance only to answer their phone call or else you will never hear from them again. Got a call at 10:30am while at work. Called them back at 11:03am and was sent straight to voicemail. Been calling everyday now for the last three days and still can't get ahold of anybody.

Funny, you have to wait 6 months to a year for them to finally call you, but God forbid you make them wait 30 minutes for a response.

The early on program came into my life with my youngest, and was so amazing. The teacher was so kind and patient and understanding. My 3 year old was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, and I would of never figured that out if the teacher didn't notice the tremors he was having. The program is so amazing, along with the nemsca headstart program. I couldn't thank everyone enough.

They do not listen. I asked for aba observation for my son 6 months ago. They did not try to get clarification to understand what was asked for. Now, they won’t have the observation completed until 1 month before the end of the school year. Angela Chrivia and Heather Evans ignored requests to have the observation for several months.

There cool some ups and downs of course just like with any business but i’ve had good interactions with some staff members here and counselors and staff not the worst center for care at all a lot of people help here i just wish they didn’t limit there staff like case management could be also helpful in areas there not realizing they can do but unfortunately policies are policies

Well it appears I was denied any help I only make $860 a month with the two of us in the house we had an eviction notice because we got behind being unemployed and they refused to help us at all I don't know if I was racially profiled and denied because of that but I was denied and told what I made too much money I don't see how I only make $860 a month for the two of us and my partner is handicapped with no income

Wonderful helping people .. help with rental assistance.. great people doing great things .. highly recommend if you need housing help. There is a long list. However they really work with you to find what's right for you and your family.
