H4h they build homes and provide real good items and goods at a fraction of the cost! Buying and donating there is in line with helping the human condition...ask for Karen or Luis (Director and Manager, respectively)...they are the best!

Attempted to donate used in good condition sectional and power leather recliner. Delivery rep took terrible photos and sent to manager "Louis" to judge if they could sell or not. "Louis" passed-- pathetic process, those that are making $ decisions should be looking closer at items if they are truly in the business of making $ to help others. We will find another way to give for a good cause. Wasted our time and wasted trip by your delivery crew. Very poor business practice.

The staff there are absolutely fantastic! The store is pretty clean and well organized. My reason for only giving it 3 stars are the prices. Some things are priced decently. Other things cost more to buy used than they do new! It’s absolutely insane how expensive things are there. I saw canvas pictures with marks all over them selling for $10 each. One was a 3 picture collage and they wanted $10 each piece! Christmas cards are $.50 each! That’s how much the dollar store charges for actual cards. These are cards you’d buy in a pack of 50 for like $5. Christmas tins from Walmart that cost less than a dollar each are selling for $2! The furniture is even worse. I understand it’s a charity, but people generally go there because they can’t afford to buy new things. If you want to sell more and help the local community please consider lowering your prices to below what it costs to buy them new.

Non-profit charity that builds simple homes using volunteer labor for low income families. The recipients are required to participate in the build. The outlet store sells furniture, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other home construction and decoration oriented goods. A good place to pick up a faucet and a sink or window shutters or a frame out kit for plumbing installation of a clothes washer. I feel more comfortable donating home improvement center type goods here from my reviews because of the increased likelihood that they'll be used appropriately.

Such a wonderful experience here. Everyone treated us like family and went above and beyond to help us furnish our home. I would especially like to thank Jeremy, Armando and Luis for their top tier assistance. Jeremy was especially helpful to us as we shopped throughout the store, never hesitating to go the extra mile in making us comfortable or giving us any information we needed. He even asked around for a charger I could borrow and set everything up for me when my phone died in the store.
