Just wanted to say thank you for the GED program the instructors all of the resources that you all provided for myself. Today was a special moment because I was able to pick my HSED up today. My roommate went here to get information and to see what they offered. The room they had testing was wide- spacious and extremely loud. Not a good environment to learn in and focus.

They also did NOT respect my roommate as a human being. They disrespected them and their pronouns and completely invalidated what they had to say.

This was such a huge waste of time. Shame on this institution. Shame on you. Fix the way you treat people. If you’re coming for prep/Tutoring/ged program, skip this place. They couldn’t care less about you. They do not foster a positive learning environment.

Place is unprofessional when I called to speak to the director I got hung up on and then sent to a teachers voicemail. When called back the receptionist stopped answering the phone. Teacher Bianca is horrible, student needed help and she refused to tutor/help because they way he talked and when he got frustrated she kicked him out and told him he was banded from all locations, how is that even possible and why would you say that to someone that is trying to further themself in life and stop them from getting their GED.. If you are black and don’t speak proper this is not the location you want to be. Who has to change the way they talk and who they are just to get help in class. Ridiculous

When I recently moved to Milwaukee, I did a quick google search and LSW came up. Had a great experience and because of LSW, I was able to get my HSED and go to college for the first time. They made it possible for me. They have lots of resources and great instructors.

They help out good while your there but don't make it very helpful for when you leave to do the home work at home had a very hard time with mine at home only helpful there because you have a person to correct you and fix the problem and explain it and go over it if you don't understand the math problems....
