This COMPANY is A fabulous COMPANY to WORK for and to have WORK done by. Our FAMILY has been on both sides of this company, receiving & giving, with great satisfaction & care! MY wife has worked for THE COMPANY for A while now and has been treated with nothing but respect and great professionalism. When we needed to use THE Service ourselves, we received A very honest and hard-working individual who was careful with our request and very caring for our needs. THE OFFICE staff and THE in the field workers have been very professional and have delivered great CARE where needed, when performing their duties. Our family would definitely recommend this company for work or personal service needs. Thank you very much.

Company is extremely understaffed and unprofessional. I have been waiting for a really long time and you will too to have someone provide services to your child. In the past 9 months I've been on a wait list and I finally got someone. The person agreed to come and everything was good. After we decided on the dates and times I informed her there would be another person babysitting my infant so there would be two adults in the house at the time. I believe this upset her because the very next day she lied and sent an email to the company stating that she couldn't get a hold of me and she couldn't schedule hours. She actually lied to her human resources just to give up the position with me. I got a call from the coordinator stating that the service provider couldn't get a hold of me and she was probably going to end services with my son because of that. Flat out lied. We had just spoken a day before and we had confirmed dates times and etc. It's pretty sad that they would keep someone on staff that would lie like that and pretty sad that they would send this person to me and reassure me they would start when they actually send this person to multiple families to interview. What I don't understand is why she agreed and then lied and they still kept her on staff. Your employee doesn't want to work so why keep her? I'm just so flabbergasted by the situation. I decided I was going to go back to work next week and that's when she would start. Now I don't know what to do as I'm supposed to go back to work and have no one to watch my child. This was all planned to just fail. I would steer far away from this company because they do not deliver. I'm utterly and completely devastated

I have only had wonderful experiences with this company. It is hard to trust someone with a non-verbal child, but my son was thrilled to work with Martha (his old worker) and Blanca (his current worker). In all of the hours my son uses (20 a month for three years), I have only had two cancellations.

Amazing service that helps us keep our sanity. My 9 year old son is Autistic in the moderate to severe range and some days feel overwhelming. Inland Respite has always been polite and helpful in getting me someone to work with my son and have been flexible when I had trouble finding someone. Thank you guys for everything you do.

I have had excellent service from Inland Respite, Inc. My current respite provider is a preferred provider whom I have chosen. However, it means a lot to me how the respite company treats our repite providers with regards to pay, hours, submitting timesheets, etc. Inland Respite, Inc treats my daughter's provider very well and we appreciate that. That will keep her (and other quality providers) coming back.

Horrible!!! The office staff are the rudeist people I have ever met. We interviewed a lady who "seemed" we scheduled 3 days so she could get to know our daughter. She only showed up once. If you don't have to use this company then don't.
