Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond for my lil family. They even made sure my 3 young grandbabies had Christmas presents. We cried happy tears to hv the assistance to get on our feet again. Thank you!

Ineffective, high turnover rate, useless. I've heard a lot if promises but never got any help. If company needs to be audited for it's work performance it's Lenawee Housing Help ¿¿¿¿ The biggest mistake the City ever made was putting them in charge at Adrian Inn. What a nightmare!

They are keeping people deposit from Adrian İnn.Theresidents from theRiverview terrace & share the warmth pay ₺100 deposit & when they move out they don't give the deposit back without reason.My friend threatened with lawyer and they finally gave her deposit back.My room at the motel smells like sewer & trying to Contact with Claudia is impossible.Repairs don't get done.A person can fill out a maintenance request for repairs and concerns,10 times out of 9 they don't get done..The lobby is so disgusting.They pick & choose who they help.We are not treated equal.There is mold in my room,the lobby is dirty & smelly. The curtains in my room are so dirty and moldy.The dust coming out of the air conditioner/ heater is so bad that it's black.The stairs are so dirty that they are also black.I declare, it's the most disgusting place.
The residents from Riverview Terrace didn't ask for what happened.Wtol channel 11 News was just at the motel talking to Riverview Terrace residents.

I feel like this place takes advantage of the mental ill and those who don't really have support. They kicked a parent and their 1 year old out without any warring for something petty. Please know your rights because you cant just tell someone they have to leave you need to give notice. The lady on the phone was very rude and defensive. God will have the final say because a lot of these people get in the field of helping others and they have their nose in the air like they are better. Try walking in someone elses shoes that will humble you.

Not only do these people give people who are in need the run around they are the worst people to have next door to your home. They don't have a common courtesy to close their curtain so all day long they gawk into my home and They have a tree on their property that is scratching up my siding and it's tangled around wiring. The tree is 3/4 of the way dead and they REFUSE to do anything about it. I have notified my homeowner insurance about this tree that is about to fall on my house and tomorrow to City Hall.

They need to explain their funding cap as well as policy and procedures at the time of applying for assistance. Due to lack of explanation my husband and I and our 7 children including two newborns were nearly homeless. When I called to tell them we would not be able to stay in our home of almost 3yrs they simply said okay. They did offer to help with a small portion of a deposit but we really needed help finding affordable housing that had openings. I left a couple voicemails asking for help and no one returned my calls.

I believe that for a place that's mission statement is to help ALL people find housing and prevent homelessness at the very least you should disclose the types of people you won't or don't help. I needed no financial assistance, just a list of affordable housing and maybe help getting into a place in terms of mediation or advocacy. I received no information over email just to send all of my information, which in return I receive no additional correspondence just a denial letter. This counties housing assistance runs through this place all government agencies direct me to this place and they won't help. I will be reporting this to appropriate fair housing and regulatory agencies regarding non profits. I'm sure based on the way they conduct business they are not in the wrong but I will still voice my opinion. This county needs a good support for housing willing to assist anyone in need. This is very disappointing. I urge anyone that has had issues to speak up with the donors and other agencies that help fund this establishment and let them know fair is fair, all is all, and they should at least try other methods even if someone isn't eligible for hud or financial assistance, at the very least a good link and not a list of shelters on the back. Good luck to anyone that has been denied from this place and is trying to find or remain in housing my heart goes out to you.

Could you please post your lunch hour on your website? It's not easy for some people to get a ride into your office . Extremely stressful.
