This program needs to go out of business! Only way to contact someone is via email and it takes a month max for them to reach back out to you. Communication sucks and you go through the whole application process and they state they will help you, just for you to receive the judgement and they say they cannot help with any rent assistance. What is the purpose of this program? DO NOT SUPPORT THEM! if anything they need to go out of business

I had requested help and was told yes, and it bothers me that you didn't come through. I was facing eviction, and I'm 75 years old. This really hurts!

The only place in Macomb county that refuse to help me with rent assistance. Also, would not recommend this place to someone who needs help with back rent and to assist when they are down on their luck. This place is evil. Firstly, They only prefer to contact you through email and not give you a phone call to follow up. Secondly, rather listen to another organization that is assisting with rent than their client. The client the only one that have all the facts. Thirdly, very condescending like they don’t care about their clients rent problems which isn’t right if you are claiming to help your client, THAN ACT. Lastly, don’t let this place discourage you if they REFUSE to help you with back rent. God will bless you in the future!

Waste of time, only way to contact them is through email and you have to send a few emails just to get a response. They do not help at all either.
