I'm writing this review in regards to ALL of the staff at Kindred Hospice in Rochester. Within 6 months I have lost 2 family members. We chose Kindred as their caretakers. I want to say they have been nothing but kind, compassionate, informative, and went above and beyond to help my family in that time of need. Their staff was always there when we needed them. The nurses took great care of my family and the office staff was very resourceful with any questions we had. My family couldn't thank you guys enough for your help and care!!

My family recently worked with Kindred Hospice for my grandparents' care. Chaplain Steve was amazing. (Sadly, he is retiring.) Nurse Randall was kind and compassionate. Sadly, everyone else we dealt with was disappointing. One nurse was annoyed when she was called ("Why are you bothering me in the middle of the night?") and was not present for grandma's passing. Needless to say, we would not choose to work with Kindred Hospice again.

I have had many interactions with Kindred Hospice. We have had a few hiccups along the way, but the nurses (Michelle) and aides (Jenny) are so loving and caring. The office staff is always helpful and informative. If I needed a Hospice group, Kindred would be my choice.

This team is a dependable, knowledgeable, reliable and offers compassion during what can be a very difficult time in any person's life. The countless articles in local newspapers of family members thanking the staff and the continued recognition by the community speaks volumes about the outstanding care each patient and their family is provided by this amazing team. I wouldn't want any other hospice service to care for any of my loved ones.

We dealt with them for two months with ups and downs. Very hard to get the nurse to call back. Called them when my sister psssed, got no answer from home office or the nurse. I would not recommend them at all. And the nurse was two thimbs down.

Seems very unorganized. Not imformative. Also different staff seeing client. Not all meds entered. Just not happy with them.
