I have several issues with just about every single department in here. We are going to start with DHR. First off, I live in coffee county and an ex worker who is related to the man that made a complaint on me, straight up told me that she was not going to investigate him (even though he had our child half the time and I had the child the other half of the time) because complaint was made against me. She told me, that even though she couldn't find anything to use against me, she wasn't going to stop until she found something. The case was also never opened it was just an investigation and it was closed pretty quickly. Another issue with dhr, I had temporary custody of two little girls. Their father was molesting them, and the mother knew about it but her reasoning for allowing her girls to go back to their father was because she needed a break. All the evidence was turned over to dhr. They gave the kids back to the mother. Who allows to this day, the father to get the girls. He is also on drugs. And he cannot pass drug test. It has not passed a single drug test for them. Another issue is with the food stamp office. My ex-father-in-law is an elderly man who called the food stamp office to have his card deactivated. They refuse to let him have a new cad. All of this is benefits have been stolen. This month, a new card has still not shown up and it's been a month. His benefits got stolen because the worker he had talked to decided not to do their job and shut off his card for him. He's an elderly man, who did not know how to do it himself. It just seems like nobody up here knows how to do their job. And every one of them are crooked.

Took my kid for not opening the door said my house was fine and said it is still illegal to smoke from the store like cbd and thca had all receipts and they still took her all I failed for was thc. Never can get an answer been a week and still don’t have my safety plan

Geneva County is an awful County to work for. My caseworker deliberately ignore my emails, and she never did her job correctly. When asked she would say that she didn't know how to do something and I don't think that it really matter because of just getting her a paycheck. If I was working their I would be fired a long time ago. It took her too long to do her job and correctly. I wouldn't advise anyone to do foster care from this county at all. They owe me money now and I can't get the back pay money it isn't showing up in the system for me to receive it. I have tried calling her supervisor and she's not returning the calls as well. They will NOT give out the email address for the Director so it can be reported.

These people are freaking ridiculous I can see why they have such pathetic reviews they literally do not return your phone call most the time it goes directly to voicemail you leave a message and they lindley never call you back they called me back one time out of a dozen times I work for the state of Florida for 23 years division of parks there's no way working for the State of Florida we would have got away with this apparently Alabama is not so strict it is totally unbelievable dealing with these people!!

Considering the hard ship me and my wife Maykala and our boys are going through they are very good at there jobs and all they won't is what's best for the children...... And if the shoe was on the other foot I'd be praising them for there dedication to the kids and There motivation on keeping at tight leash on the parents..... Because if no I would of Already gave up...... So Thank you Robin And Paul Blunt.... For believing in me when I didn't even believe in my self......

14 One star reviews and add a the 15th. These people literally have no cares in the world about the children or the people housing them. I, in all honesty have no idea why this being a state/ county office it has not been looked into... Really makes you question if helping out is the right idea when the workers turn there phones off and leave you and the children hanging. Understaffed, Busy, or on Vacation.....There is no excuse for this lackluster attempt at doing your jobs.

Called case worker I know several times. Can never get ahold of anyone . She said emailing her was best . I’ve emailed I don’t know how many times now. Still no call . Still no reply .

They have knowingly and willfully inflicted mental and emotional trauma on innocent children but not allowing them to attend their mommy’s memorial service
