They never answer their phones and the caseworkers never follow up with you when you have a crisis. My kids father and my sons lights were disconnected and his caseworker never reached out to him plus you ask them for help and they act as if they don't care what your dealing with. He asked them for assistance with going to food pantries or to help him with a bus pass they kept telling us both they didnt have any but other people that we knew were getting bus passes from them. It seems to me that they only want to help who they want to help. I had to get a loan just to help them. I tell you that the only person that came thru for us is our lord and savior. We all all our gratitude and appreciation to him.Thank you for helping us when were at our last.

WORST place ever! I have called, left messages, emailed, and called the hotline and no answer. This is ridiculous. I heard the workers were purposely not answering the phone or emails because “if people were serious about the vouchers they would come into the building”. I understand being busy but purposely ignoring people who are IN NEED of vouchers is beyond unprofessional. Learn to answer emails and the phone!

I feel like this place is overrated. therapy didn't do much to help me or my family. The guy came to my house we only ever spoke about my situation (like therapy) but he never helped me in any way AT ALL. I desperately needed their help at that time too and had many things they COULD HAVE helped with but he never helped with ANYTHING AT ALL. I do not recommend this place if your needing help! I wasted my time for 2 months in hopes of getting some kind of help and it never happened. After 2 months he sent a text telling me we wouldn't be meeting anymore! I DO NOT recommend.

The process that this company uses for ccdf is not acceptable. As a foster parent it should not take 2-3 weeks to get a foster child set up for daycare.
