Cancel my membership on March 13th. Course. You have to fill out a form to do that. Didn't use the membership anytime the month of March and was still charged on March 18th for the month of March. They apologized and said that that is their policy. I refuse to accept that kind of apology. That's just poor business. Careful when you set up an automatic draw with them. All they want is your money.

Went there for a birthday party. When my niece got there nothing was set up as they had said would be done. And it was partitioned off from the other basketball area by a curtain. Just not conducive to a birthday party.

I have not met a class teacher who is not nice and willing to help you. I also like all the classes I go to.
The facilities are alway clean.

I love the Duneland YMCA. Everybody is friendly and super easy to work with. In addition it is not overly crowded. I highly recommend this YMCA.

I recently purchased a membership at the YMCA after a kind young man by the name of Brayden taught me about all the benefits they provide at such a low price. Mr. Brayden was so helpful in providing me with all the right information. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a smile and a hello from Mr. Brayden. That man has a bright future ahead of him.

I am a member at a different Y, but visit this one occasionally.
I like this place when no one else is there!
But, every evening there is some terrible music being blasted from the basketball court. I've asked the front desk if this is against policy, and they don't care. It's a shame that these inconsiderate kids can make the entire gym an annoying place.
I'd give 3 stars if they would ask people to wear headphones instead of ruining it for everyone else.

Otherwise, the staff does a great job of cleaning, and they typically seem like they care.
The weight room is lacking. The cardio area smells and desperately needs new lighting.

People very friendly, this Y is extremely clean, sanitary, informative, fun place to go. I definitely recommend it...It isn't in a new upscale facility but equipment is updated as is the interior...the only thing that I do wish is that they had an indoor pool but they do have a nice outdoor one.

Nice , clean little facility. Just an outdoor pool area is for use. It's our homebase location but we will use the Valpo facility as well. Silver Sneakers is in our ins plan so lots of perks come with that too. Check it out sometime.
