I finally got myself to come here and try a class. From the minute I walked in everyone from the front desk personnel, to the instructor, and the others taking class were so incredibly nice and welcoming. No judgment of any kind. If your hesitant to try any new classes, or to come somewhere new don’t be. This place has such a great vibe atmosphere

This is THE organization that you can rely on most for any healing services. There is nothing fake about the people who work here. They honor your healing journey all the way and are there every step. They never simply go half way. They live through their hearts 💕. I would suggest Acupuncture as an entry point to get started when exploring the alternative, natural healing modalities. Also, do check out their yoga classes too. They are a step above with their more integrative, cross bred approach with others movement, somatic practices.

I LOVE this place from here to eternity. I can't encourage people enough. PLEASE check this place out. You will feel cared for here like no other place. And you will be listened to and heard like a true human being should. Because you deserve to be heard and to be in touch with humanity again authentically.

Overall good place for holistic health care but the people who are receptionists don't have an understanding of health issues and tend to be pretty dismissive and opinionated about issues they have no knowledge about. At the end of the day, it's about the doctor and patient who get to decide where to go for the patients treatment plan.

I started this process 2 weeks ago to get my DOT Card Failed the eye exam and blood pressure So I go get glasses ordered and saw my doctor about my BP I get my glasses in so Friday I went to redo the eye exam and BP test But she was ready to go and said it was too late So I went back today and now they tell me I need to have my doctor sign off on the forms saying what they found So hopefully I can get that signature tomorrow without an appointment Why they didn't tell me I needed my doctor to sign off on them when failed 2 weeks ago I'll never know Just tired of wild goose chases and now they're basically keeping me from getting back to work In this automated system of today Nothing is ever easy anymore

Fantastic state of the art building with a roof garden and energy producing elevator. Beautiful building. Core is on the third floor with the movement room and play room. Most of the literature was in Spanish but a little looking I found the schedule. This building is worth the trip into downtown Milwaukee but you should call first because the roof is only open on certain days.

I love how they treat everyone with love and kindness. The staff are amazing. It is a great affordable place to go for movement classes, yoga, massage, acupuncture and more.
