First experience with this organization and all I can say is WOW!!! A genuine warm friendly welcome greets you at the registration desk. Staff is knowledgeable and insures there is an understanding of information being presented. They adhere to protecting privacy and comfort. Time was dedicated to providing answers, providing EDUCATION ❣️, explaining services available both in print and online. We are very thankful we heard through word of mouth of this organization and the invaluable services they provide to the community. Our family thanks you for the phenomenal care that was provided us. Katina and Caroline were excellent! They both provided great resource information; I also like the classes they provide that you can do at your own pace. They also provided me with an ultrasound, reassuring me of the new addition to our family. I am grateful to have this resource nearby. Thank you!

I felt very welcomed and loved from the moment I walked in. It was a very friendly, relaxed environment. The ladies were super sweet and Katina was very knowledgeable. I was amazed to see my baby’s heart beating when I got an ultrasound. They also have helpful videos that were texted to me (as I opted into it) that helped answer some of my questions especially being early in pregnancy and having lots of changes happening in my body. I can watch them at my convenience. I would highly recommend Turning Point!

Turning Point is very welcoming and accommodating. We were here on vacation and I wanted to confirm my pregnancy before getting home. They got me an appointment the same day and the ladies were very nice and professional. They did an ultrasound and I got to hear my baby’s heartbeat for the first time and received first photos. They made me feel comfortable and were very kind. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely would NOT recommend them. They Scared the living daylights out of me that I needed to be rushed to the ER for an entropic pregnancy! I had No bleeding, cramping or ANY symptoms. I was simply early in my pregnancy. Furthermore they still continue to use "restricted " numbers to leave my husband voicemails bugging us to follow up. They use their regular office phone as well. Obviously, thanks to the unprofessional approach they took to freak me out over false information that they can not even give seeing how they are NOT doctors. I would NEVER RECOMMEND turning point in Jackson. My appointment lasted over 2 hours and I finally had to get snippy so I could leave. I highly recommend if you're expecting to just stick to your local OBGYN and follow up with an actual doctor that knows what they are talking about.

There are hundreds, literally HUNDREDS, of parenting classes offered by Turning Point. Topics range from nutrition, bonding with my baby, discipline, and even managing my personal finances and schedule. I came to them when my son was 4 weeks old with questions about current evidence and research about the best way to parent my newborn. Being a first time mom, I had no idea! They were kind and caring to me and my family. They allowed me to choose the topics I was most interested in and then answered any and all questions I had about the curriculum. When I completed the homework, I was awarded “Mommy Money” that I was able to “spend” in their boutique! New diapers, breast pump supplies, blankets, toys and outfits all came home with me. The more I learned about my son and being the best mom I could be, the more I earned!! The information I’ve gained is priceless. Even mom’s that have several children and have been doing this whole parenting thing for some time could gain knowledge (because best practices continue to change with more research). They were kind, supportive, and non-judgmental. Turning Point has been such a blessing to my life and my family. They are truly an asset to the Jackson community.

Shameful organization. Offering parenting courses and providing resources is one thing, masquerading as an abortion clinic / place to get abortion pills is another deceitful thing. Do not go here.
