What’s the point of having ‘open until 10 PM’ on your website if the courts turn into a black hole by 6 PM? The brand-new pickleball courts look nice if only we could actually see them. No lights. No power. Just a bunch of people standing around in the dark wondering if this was some kind of poorly planned ‘glow-in-the-dark’ event. Spoiler: it wasn’t.

If you’re advertising evening play, it would be pretty standard to have functional lights? Until then, this place is just an overpriced ghost town once the sun sets. Fix it.

I absolutely love playing volleyball with my daughter here during open gym times! I was very pleased when they did away with adults only volleyball. The facility is great although they are down one net at the moment. I appreciated that when I suggested they put the net on one side instead of the middle of the gym he followed through with it the next volleyball open gym. This gave people a court to play on and the other side we used for peppering. The people that work here are super friendly and helpful.

I would give zero star, but that option is not available. Parks and recreation took out all six tennis courts back in June 2024, promising to build new ones behind the recreation center. The finish date for new tennis and pickle ball courts was mid November 2024. We are almost at mid January 2025 and they still haven't opened the new courts. I have been calling the recreation center and I have bee given a run around answer as to why the new courts are not open even though construction is complete. To make matters worse the director Scott will not return my calls. I would like to know why the town was in such a hurry to take out existing six courts, before completion of new ones.

Great place for kids basketball games. We watched our great grandson. Facility was clean, spacious and friendly. Any me and my husband could use it during the day to walk.

Great walking track. I too wish they would get an indoor pool. I am an above knee amputee and unfortunately their exercise equipment is not good for me. They need a recumbent stepper. It is very noisy during the summer time with their children's camps.

This place has a lovely, wholesome family environment. They have a lot of measures in place to make you feel safe, and not just from covid, the front desk always has somebody at it there's a lot of cameras throughout the whole place in plain view. The basketball courts are just the right size, and the walking track on the second level overlooks the courts, we love the community center!

Love this place but they did volleyball 4 days a week then went down to two days and no only one day. It is super packed, average of around 50 people. Kinda sucks because I just want a open gym to practice at but they never have volleyball 🙁

The gym is really nice with an amazing basketball court and walking track. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because of all of the unsupervised children on exercise equipment and not following the few track rules that were posted. The building looks very modern...will be back to enjoy ourselves and exercise there.
