My Mother has lived here since June 24.
There are so e shortcomings that need to be addressed by the owner since the Managers don't seem to have answers and shrug their shoulders and are lost on knowledge of maintenance and ground keeping.
1. One of two downstairs washing machines had the door fall off of the washer. Complaints fell on deaf ears with the management and my mother was told to use the upstairs washing machine.....seriously?
How about FIXING the door (OWNER) so the residents have availability to use it as ADVERTISED!!!
Many of the residents need to use devices (walkers) to assist getting around the grounds of the property. The trees that need to be maintained, drop seeds that can cause abrupt stops and potential to cause a fall. Shall I go on
Negative advertising or posting this on multiple social platforms MIGHT get a response and cause the owners to hold their management accountable going forward.
Do something. Doing nothing isn't working.
Why should you care as long as you are collecting their monthly rent.

They are doing away with their services in April. No housekeeping, no food no transportation. Have a feeling they’ll be kicking out the low income as well. Shady as hell.

My 85 year old Mom applied for a 1 Bdrm. I called after 3 days. Was told 24 to 48 hours she would have a decision...it has been two weeks , No response. They kept a $500 deposit s well. I specifically asked to be called on my cell phone as my mom was staying with me at the time and I never received a phone call . What a way to treat
