This place is absolutely one of the worst agencies out there in terms of client to staff ratio. The starting wage is $16/hr and staff are expected to support four to five clients all at once which can be very stressful when two clients are in wheelchairs and one client may be independent. Day program is structured and clients do not have the opportunity to choose daily activities. Also, there is no opportunity for growth within the organization which is unfortunate. I would NOT recommend this agency however, Supported Lifestyles, CLAS, SCOPE, and Vacova have highter pay rates, opportunity for individual growth such as paid courses, and management are very supportive with respects to validating staff and client concerns.

It is a totally awesome place. All special needs people are welcomed there. The staff are very well trained and are great with everyone. Our daughter has been going there every day Monday to Friday for many years and everyone gets along great. I would recommend this place to everyone that is interested. Best place in Calgary.

CSCO offers a program where participants can be with friends and peers in fun, engaging, lively activities. Everyone is so supportive of each other! We really need to get participants out of isolation in their homes and into community programs like CSCO!
