I honestly wish that I can personally reply to some of these reviews. Instead of ridiculing this organization, pray for them if you are not satisfied with your experience. If you went there, that means that you needed help, right...They HELPED! Thank God for that. It is so many people that is in need that don't even make it in time to get whatever you got. You're focused on the wrong things. God bless these types of organizations...

I drove the elderly in need to this place for support this week and the service staff was very rude and professional. There is a Caucasian male working that was yelling and snatching the help bags provided back from the people that came in for help. We complained that day but nothing was done. Please provide respectful staff for the needy. They should not be disrespected and treated the way they are being treated when coming in for assistance.

I'd say, if you need help, they are so awesome. In bad times i have gotten food and clothing. Of course that comes with great 😁. They also, have a shelter for men at this location. On the flip side i know they also take donations of food and clothing!

The whole place is unsanitary. Outdated food and beverages are served. The food that is served to the residents isn't nearly enough. There is no organization period. Clothes aren't washed for the residents conveniently. The only good thing is that you have a place to sleep.

Not polite and they are sponsored by the government and they don't even give what their suppose to. Nasty attitudes, you would think that they would treat you better then they do, because their black and they are located in a black neighborhood. So you would expect better respect. When you have to go outside of your community to get proper service and respect. 🤔😔 just sad as people as a community as a nation👊
