This company claims to be an asset to lower income elders and a me mber of equal housing. Yet, go on Yelp and you won't find a single good review on any of the parks they manage. They are eviction happy. Ask for repairs get Evicted, park in the wrong place, get evicted. Don't expect them to follow any laws either. The eviction won't have a reason and once you move out you will not see either your deposit nor last month's rent as required by law. They treat employees poorly and are plain rude when speaking with tenants. If you are looking for a company to handle your affairs I strongly recommend you keep looking, unless you're looking for a classic example of corperate greed.

Adorable communities!
Great Homes, especially for the price and space!!!
Soooooooo much better than apartment living any day! I have hardwood floors, stainless appliances, a yard, and a beautiful porch!

But their Villa Del Arroyo location is managed by a Property management company other than Augusta and I personally have encountered Harassment & Retaliation from the Property Management owner.

I've been here 15 years and 2020 -2021 I experienced the wrath of the owner first hand and Augusta Communities Cooperate office does nothing but send my concerns directly to the Property Management Owner. He directs the staff (who are lovely) to do things like ripping out grass previously maintained by the staff then without warning, telling a homeowner it's their issue now. Or not cutting grass that was previously maintained by the staff and allowing the grass to grow a foot because they failed to tell another homeowner it was now their responsibility. Recently, he had staff go in my neighbors yard and desecrated their well manicured landscaping... without notice before or after!

Don't think Villa Del Arroyo is the only property with some concerns, at All locations the Rules state homeowners can't even own a ball in their home... Read the Rules posted on their websites before you move in!!! You'll be held to some but not all and some people will be held to none while others are held to all. If you are confused with that last sentence, Welcome to Augusta Communities! Where the grass is truly green but the other side of your email or call is not!

With all that said... I do love my tiny community just not the Property Management Owner.
