Came for Livescan, their Site, CA DOJ Website, says their Rolling Fee is $18 but they tried to charge me $21 for Rolling Fee.

very unprofessional the immigration section. just asked them few question denied the service to me. the best place to take care of new immigrants is IRC San Diego.
