I really wish I could leave a 0 star rating for this JOKE of a “clinic” because they are the WORST. They removed all recent negative reviews, including the previous one I left for them. They claimed they would be following up with me via phone call to discuss the bad experience I had, but I have not been contacted (going on one month). I’m STILL WAITING for a phone call or even another email regarding the matter. Obviously they care more about keeping only the 5 star ratings up on Google. Because of this, I will be reposting my review of the experience we had here.

Brought my grandma for appointments with orthopedic doctor, Dr. Allyn, and it’s just been useless!! We wait over 2 hours for less than 10 minutes of time. Came for first appointment months ago and he ordered tests to be done before scheduling another appointment. The first appointment we waited over 2 hours and today it was the same. When we got to see him, he kept asking the same questions as if he knew nothing about why we were there again. Very obvious that he didn’t review patient chart before entering the room. He said what we needed was not his specialty so he was unable to help. Why waste time and not say that at the first appointment?!!! Now here we are again, back at square one!! Also he was in such a rush to leave that he wasn’t going to go over any test results until we questioned it. Ridiculous!!! Don’t waste your time here this place acts like people have nothing better to do than wait all day at the office for no answers or treatment. If you get a referral with this provider, run! If you have to be seen here, also run! I wouldn’t recommend at all and wish I could give 0 stars.

Place is joke Dr isn't there until 5pm and then the list of patients starts ...so if your appointment is at 4pm you will wait until all others are seen 2 maybe 4 hours later you will be seen that's 9pm or so taking advantage of is what the name of this place should be named took my insurance info then tells me Dr isn't in maybe on his way but unknown you just lost a lot with me $$$$$$$....ps I would not give any stars but you can't post without at least 1
