This place is terrible. EVERYTIME we come here if it’s more than 2 items we get parked. This last time we were parked because “fries weren’t ready” and yet when our bag was brought out to us TEN MINUTES LATER AFTER ALREADY WAITING IN LINE ALMOST TWENTY MINUTES the fries were cold!!! I don’t post after a couple bad experiences but this is every time. Get it together!

This McDonald’s needs to get there employees to learn respect and customer service ! They have the rudest employees working they talk to you like a dog . I am a business owner and if any employees of my business treated people like this they would be fired !!! Refuse to give employee name so o can file a complaint ! Manger don’t care cooperate will

Food was hot and fresh the staff are very nice and friendly the place was clean they got my stuff out really fast hot and fresh the only thing the wifi wasn't working right but I will definitely be back

Today I had really good nuggets from the Tilghman road location, and it confirmed what I’ve thought since moving near the Nanticoke Rd location 5 years ago: the nanticoke rd location does not ever make fresh nuggets, they’re always re-microwaved and hard to chew. And it’s almost like they have sat there for HOURS! And if you think I’m playing, TRY THE NUGGETS at the nanticoke location they’re sponge-y and hard! And no, I’ve never sent them back or made a complaint because I don’t want to be cumbersome but seriously management you’ve got to reinstate some bare minimum standards to the food. It’s been 5 years of sub par fast food. The food coming out of the nanticoke McDonald’s is always spongy and hard! It would be one thing if the food came out the window in time, but they’ll literally make you park and wait for an order just for it to be old which makes no sense. Also nuggets are marketed towards kids, and I thought about all the FOUL chewy sponge nuggets kids have probably had to gum through for X amount of time. It’s just wrong! I could see if there were unfresh nuggets just at closing time, but it’s literally the same at 1pm vs 4pm vs 6pm vs 8pm and so on. When does it end? It’s been FIVE YEARS of this.

UPDATE:
I've changed from 1 star to 4 stars because it appears they got rid of the rude employee(s). I have been having a much better experience here in the past few weeks. Also the staff during the day have always been awesome!

Tl;Dr: extremely rude staff the past month, sloppy food, don't come here past 6pm

I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid, when I moved here. They remodeled and it's been great, however in the past month or so, I've dealt with on 3 occasions the most rude people I've been served by in my entire life. They literally weren't replying to my questions with words, just grunts. The late night staff need to be changed, when I come at night it's the worst. The food is disgusting and sloppy, the fries are literally cold, not even warm, and they messed up our drinks. The lady that takes your order doesn't confirm the price just holds out her hand for your card and no words. Seriously the staff must have changed because this has just been awful. Train your staff.

This location is usually always slow!! And will always have you park in the AM!!! This is when people are trying to get to work!! We don't have time to park and wait!!! Smh

It was ok. The fries were fresh. Line could have moved a little quicker. The cashier should offer receipts. If I pay for something, I want my receipt UNLESS I say otherwise. I shouldn't have to ask for my receipt.

2 years later 12-19-2021 and they still slow as ever!
