They do not care for their own people or community. Would leave anyone in a life threatening situation with no resources or resolutions had phone conversation With an ERNEST who just stated he cannot do anything to help a disabled adult with no home no income and no type or services. Even years of complaints to this office of the situation the neglect the homeless this individual goes through he still turned him away this department needs an upgrade in services needs more reliable workers they have failed on so many levels.

I tried calling this department to check status on my daughter's application for education/clothing NOBODY SEEMS TO WORK THERE!!! I CALL CALL CALL AND CALL NOBODY PICKS UP..I APPLIED LAST YEAR TOO AND TOLD ME I WASNT APPROVED..I JUST SAID I BET U GUYS JUST PICK OUT UR REALTIVES FIRST OR POCKET THE MONEY!! WHY ARE THEY INCOMPETENT!!
