I called this place just about 5 minutes ago and gave the lady over the phone my name and told her I was looking for shelter to go to. And then ask me what did I need. I told her help finding a shelter. Then ask me was I not able to look for one on my own. Very rude disrespectful lady..she was. I told her I had Google shelters in Dothan Alabama. And all I was getting was voice mail about donations to the shelter. This 211 lady was very rude
