I enjoyed my stay at Fairhaven all the nurses and nursing assitant were great and helped out a lot. I also enjoyed working with Jeff Physical Therapist was great and made PT fun and Josh from OT was excellent coming up to my room early morning exercises were fun both Jeff and Josh were very compassionate.
The food was excellent.
My nurse Anne J needs a daisy award she is very compassionate and listens to your needs. Alexi’s is also great she cares about all the patients and what their needs are and helps all the patients. I would recommend Fairhaven to anybody.

I was a patient at Fair Haven and I am delighted to report about a wonderful experience I've had with several employees there from RN'S to Dietary supervisor. First I would like to thank Mrs Tierika Nunn who is over the kitchen there. To be able to not only create delicious homestyle cooked meals to the cleanliness of the entire kitchen and dining area. Meals are always hot, delicious, well portioned and on time.Mrs Nunn has a lovely personality and it was a pleasure 🙏🏽 meeting her. She by herself deserves 5stars thank you Mrs Tierika Nunn for your caring and supportive heart felt consideration 💓 There is a RN who has also gone above and beyond in my care and stay during my therapy Mrs Roshundra RN . She was so attentive and showed a lot of empathy on my behalf. I was in a lot of pain after my surgery and being at Fair Haven where Roshundra works made me know I was gonna be taking care of. She assured me everything was gonna be fine and always told me never hesitate in asking any of the employees for help if I needed it. They treated me like family I appreciated ❤️ all the care I received from Fair Haven. Hats off to the employees that went above and beyond 👏🏽 🙌🏽 I would recommend Fair Haven for therapy recovery because of these two women Mrs Tierika Nunn and Mrs Roshundra RN Thank you so much and Best wishes for you all

I want thank Fairhaven rehab staff on second floor... My Aunt was there on rehab second floor through the holidays and I must say that her care taker Wanda was very attentive and caring, and not to mention the awesome cook Jennifer is a exceptional cook and very polite as well as professional. My Aunt and I would like to personally thank you all for being such a excellent staff. May God bless you guys!❤️

Let's see where do I start. This place is awful. My dad has ALS. And we just found out that every 3 months he can go to a nursing home. So we as his family can take a small break for 5 days. And we had so much fear about letting him go/stay at any place. And this place was why we had this fear. No one would come help him eat. He can't feed himself anymore. He had his call light on for way over an hour. Just to use the bathroom (poop). He needs help rolling over on his side and back to his back. That took them way to long to come help him. He has a cath that no one changed. Knowing that he takes meds. That they also missed on giving him. And the list goes on and on. We did look at the reviews. And they were good. So that's why we choose this place. And when we came to visit him. I let the "head nurse" know what was going on. She said that she had no idea any of that was going on. Well I wonder why? I asked them how would you feel if this was your family. Do yall not care.

In the memory care it is run down and I’ve never seen an activity going on in the many days that I have been to see my brother in law. It’s sad that they call them Memory Care they do nothing to slow the loss down. They just sit all day and do nothing.

The rehab center was very good. Once they hired a new person to clean, the floors were vacuumed and the bathrooms were cleaned. The food was good and the cook was so sweet and friendly! So glad that the facility had physical therapy. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful to all of us working on getting better! Finally, I can’t say enough good things for the overworked RNs. They are so kind and efficient!!! I needed a lot of care and they helped me as quickly as they could! Fair Haven Rehab is a good place to go if one is not ready to go home after being in the hospital.
How could I have forgotten to say something good about the nursing assistants! They are the work horses of the whole facility! They can do most everything! They also motivate one too by encouraging one by being positive! Lovely people!!!

It is difficult to rate a facility until you have a comparison. After looking at many facilities at which to place my wife, Fair Haven was an excellent choice. Initially, there were many staff issues and housekeeping was non existent but improved slightly although it was far from being acceptable. Given time, the new facility manager, Alexia, will bring the staffing to a very high level. William was one of the real bright spots.and really enjoyed his job. All of the new staff, brought in by the new facility manager were efficient, careing professionals . The food almost always looked good but was rarely hot. I would go back there at any needed time. We were in the Rehabilitation Community for more than two months.
