Do not expect expedient and/or customer first service from this credit union. They are going to manipulate your deposit for their own interest whilst placing you in a hardship. Your best bet is to avoid financial dealings with them all together.

Biggest complaint is the hours. I have school and work and they're never freaking open. They close on random days that everywhere else is open for, the close at 1 on wednesdays, which is when I usually CAN do my check. Can't do the mobile deposit either since I'm a minor

Today we closed on our first home with Family Savings Credit Union. I highly recommend everyone to use them. Miranda in Mortgage Services was Great. She helped us so much during the process and always had the answers to our many questions. Amy Jackson’s name carried a lot of weight in this process and it seemed like everyone was trying to get things done to her standard. It’s really nice to know you’re getting a mortgage with someone who seems to have raised the bar in Mortgages. Thank you Family Savings for having them help me on this exciting new chapter. The Rainbow City location is open on Saturdays but will not answer the phone. Sometimes people work too late to call and do what’s needed during the week and Saturday is the only day they have to do business.
