We had a water leak on the water department side, close to our road. It took them four months to get out there and fix it. It required them to tear up asphalt on the road and dig a humongous hole. They told my husband they would throw hay and dress up, then come back and clean it up better when it dried out in a couple of weeks. We waited for about three weeks for them to come back. We could not mow that area because it was a mess. So, my husband went out there to fix it himself because it looked awful, and he needed to mow. He worked 5 hours picking out chunks of asphalt and rocks. They had left all of that and just covered it up with the hay. There is no reason a customer should have to spend all day cleaning up a mess that the water service made. I know one of the workers said he had to be someone at 5:30 that day, so I'm sure they were in a hurry to leave since they had been working at it all day. Still, that is no reason.

We move in on a Wednesday night. Have to work Thursday. These jokers disconnected our water on a Thursday without any notice. We come home Thursday night with two young kids and no water. I call in Friday morning to be told they are closed until Monday with out any solution and that they wouldn’t do anything until Monday.

How is a utility company going to not be servicing at least 5 days a week AND not give you the ability to register online.

Moved and called for service to be disconnected by a certain day (the 8th) weeks ahead of time. It was not disconnected until the 22nd and people have moved in already. I do not know why it wasn't disconnected on the date requested but now I have a bill for time I wasn't even there. I shouldn't have to call a company multiple times to make sure their job is done. But I quess I should have.

Made payment through office cause auto payby phone so office let me pay through them and now saix my bill has not been paid and I have the conformation ## dont ever use office some how they took my money
