The pictures tell it all. No words needed. Thanks to Mr. S. Williams of Skill Span Builder and Mr. D. Cross, who convinced me that I would be pleased with the outcome.
Revitalize Milwaukee has been a huge help to me. I can not express enough how very thankful I am for everything.

From Bobby:

Wow- Revitalize Milwaukee - you really came through for me!
My roof was in terrible shape. Terrible.
I connected with Revitalize Milwaukee, applied and they provided me with a NEW roof. The guys who put it on were amazing. They even flew a drone so I could see all angles of the new roof. Thank you Revitalize Milwaukee.

Construction Manager: Bryan Wenzel:

Dear Sir:

The scope of work
• Install handrails at the side entry to the home
• Install handrails to stairs in the backyard to the garage
The above two repairs work intended to be performed at the location address above has not been performed, referring to the portable ramp spoken about was not to be taken out of context, placing it on the stairs temporarily does not infringe on the placing of the railings, therefore that has nothing to do with the scope of work projected, which is the placing of the railings as specified in the work contract. I resent the fact that Green Homeowners United sees fit to falsely impute bogus information in the work order containing one or more scope of work done, to justify their bridge of contract and trust.
Discussion with the contractor assigned to evaluate and perform the work goes as quoted, the railings that were shown to you at the time of my inspection, dated 7/31/2023 will not be available to you, the reason why a cost factor deriving from the last railing project we installed, yours will be made of wood, to which I strongly objected, the remainder of the scope of work was canceled by the construction manager Bryan Wenzel.
The outdated form that I initially initial have false work dates imputed in it, rendering this project something of the past, it is clear to me that Green Homeowners United is not to be trusted in honoring future projects, therefor I will report this incident to the BBB, so no one else has to suffer such indignation.
Sincerely,
Kenvil Atkins

We had a walk in shower and new toilet installed. Old tub taken out. The contractor worked hard by himself including taking out the old bath tub alone piece by piece. The contractor did good work. But he is NOT a finisher. He left a cement mess on the floor. He also pulled tile off the wall to install new walls. But left a huge hole right next to a railing which is used by my disabled husband to get off the toilet. I showed this to Brian. He said they cant fix everything. Really? cant fill in a hole he made? The new shower is very nice. The water is leaking from the top of the shower when the water is turned on. I also told Brian about this. He said a little plumbers tape will help. He said he would send someone out. No one came. My spouse is a lower leg amputee. He cant do the work.
We were told we would get an ADA toilet installed. We needed a higher toilet for my husband's needs. I was told they only come in one height now. Its only 1-2 inches taller then the old toilet. Still very hard for my spouse to use.
When the contractor finished his work, I had a huge pile of trash including an old toilet, tub and tile. He said he doesnt dispose of it. Finally after getting 2 notices from the city or face a violation and fine, someone came out to pick it up.
As much as I appreciate all the work, I really have doubts about anymore work done by them.

The lady that was getting my paperwork to get my roof and some other things that were needed. She got all of the paperwork except my tax return that I had done for last year. She was very polite and very helpful. She told if I bring it in the next day between the hours she gave me that she give it to guy who does the roof in which I did.

I applied. I missed a document. I submitted the missing document a few days later and received verification from them that they had it. Afterward, I was repeatedly asked *for weeks* for documents that do not pertain to my household such as income for me, SSI for my disabled kids, etc... (The only member of my household who has any kind of income is my husband. I supplied that document with my application. My children do not receive SSI, etc...These are just examples.) They just kept asking that I give them documents that don't apply to my household. And I kept telling them I don't have those because they don't apply to us. Finally, I expressed frustration about how they handled my application. In the end, they determined that they wouldn't help me because, "We have attempted to work with you to get the needed documents for you to apply. The allotted time to turn in these documents has passed for us to determine eligibility." Then they suggested I go get a loan. Make of this what you will. But I gathered that eligibility and a complete application is not their only criteria for determining who should receive help. Be aware.
