They only help if you have kids. Again single women like me with no kids are discriminated against. Pork out a few kids and get all the compassion and assistance you need. The only thing this place does for helping single no kids adults is a one-time visit allowed to their food pantry. So if you have kids or dependents you get the red carpet. Otherwise, useless place.

Went there in aid for a brother.
Funny thing they wanted to push us off to 64 th and Florist Ave.
Then after explaining what I was told by another person on a phone call that everything could be accomplished there.
They sat us back down and about 45 minutes later a very nice lady came over and guided us to her work station and showed us what was needed.
We got it accomplished.

Been waiting on a supervisor for months now to call me back. I call daily to leave messages and nobody has gotten back to me. Joyce holly refused to put down what I wanted to do for work search now I’m being penalized and not going to be receiving my full check amount because I cannot get in contact with nobody. It’s crazy how nobody can do they job and I’ve been calling for months with no answer yet I’m the one getting my benefits cut because they don’t do they job. Also after complaining on Joyce holly because not only was she rude as could be to me I still had another appointment scheduled with her which not surprisingly never happen because she doesn’t do her job and call her clients anyway. Which she has done this before, so I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining.yet still haven’t spoke with a supervisor whom I left multiple messages for to change my worker. Nope instead they are gonna take the money I should be receiving to take care of my two kids instead of doing the jobs. Thanks UMOS. Smh

Helpful pantry that can help you if you are in a jam and in need of some food. Just have proof of address and an ID and they will take care of you.

Long lines, it's ok but the worker are fast. Getting in the place is a little hectic. Coming in the place you have to check in, just don't wear or bring metal on your person. Great place, It will take care of your needs

They provide various services at this location (f-set, food share, energy assistance, document drop off, rent assistance and some form of work program). Some of the staff is nice and some staff is just rude. Also depending on what service you're there for you'll have a semi long wait.
Hopefully this information is helpful/useful for anyone in need of these services.
