First and foremost I’m going to say the customer service is A1 , The Men at the store is on it with valid information we may not know, they’re very Respectful and patient as well dealing with different customers and situations that’s a plus! While I was there , the communication with other customers while waiting was very important to me .
as we all waited we were informed or they were apologetic for any inconvenience.
Having to be without your own car is already a stressful deal … they will lift some of that ..

Worse rental experience ever, I rented a mini van for my family vacation, the front left tire had a slow leak which we discovered on our first gas stop, there wasn't a spare tire nor any tools to assist in changing a flat. To add insult to injury, I returned the van on time, was checked in, given a final bill yet charged for 5 additional days because they didn't do their job. I've made several attempts to resolve the issue with the manager, but he only gives me misinformation or avoids me all together. I was given a partial refund and zero explanation or apology for the damage caused by the overcharge.

I set up a one way rental at this location. I needed to be picked up at a near by mechanic shop. I tried calling and was on hold for over 30 minutes. NO one ever answered the phone. I had to end up taking an uber to the location to get my car. When I walked in the door, there was some girl sitting at a desk doing absolutely NOTHING. You would think she could at least answer the damn phone.
Next day when I retured the car, for what ever reason, the drop off location said the Birmingham location had to close out the rental. SO, I tried calling this location AGAIN, so I could get my receipt for the rental, because it was rented through my employer and I had to have a receipt. Once again I was on hold for 20 minutes and NO ONE at the location ever answered the phone.
I need to do this same rental procedure in a month or so, and I can assure you I will NOT be using this place.
Steer clear from this piss poor business.

We have been rent from Enterprise since 2013. Love rent from them. I just wish I have known they had an app would've had more points just found out about the app last year. We make reservations on the app but sometimes it take about 30 minutes

I was very frustrated with the Huffman Enterprise location when I arrived for my pre reserved SUV. They did not have a vehicle in stock at the location when I arrived. After waiting almost an hour, they found me a vehicle at another location. So had to wait another 2-3 hrs for the employee to go an hour away and pick the SUV up and bring back to the Huffman location. The employees were all very courteous and polite. I missed a airflight pickup because of this and my guests had to wait several hours as well.I have used this location before with no problems, I guess mishaps happen...

I receive poor service at this location. My insurance company made reservations for me at this location. Jack the customer service representative stated that they didn’t have any vehicles for the size car I had reserved. So I asked him if he could pick the car up from another location. He told me no and stated he had to go and pick his kids up from school. I had to catch a Uber ride there and find a way back home. I thought enterprise offer pick up and drop off services. He didn’t offer any of those services to me.
