Having a very steep roof that needed new shingles along with some carpentry work presented quite the challenge to locate a contractor willing and able to take on the task. After reading numerous glowing online reviews for Hicks Roofing, we decided to give them a call. Our first contact was with the office manager, Jennifer Burgess. She conducted herself in both a friendly and professional manner. Mr. Hick came to our home and prepared a very reasonable estimate and gave us a start date. His crew arrived exactly at the scheduled date and time. The work ethic of the Hicks’ crew was exceptional, and the job was finished in a day and a half. Also, we could not be more pleased with the quality of their workmanship. We would recommend Mr. Hicks without reservation if you need a new roof and want a reasonable, professional job.

We had a roof replaced because of water, wind and hail damage from a storm. There was a lot of damaged wood under the roof, this team came in a did an amazing job stripping and replacing the roof. I was most impressed with how clean they left the place after. No nails, or trash left behind. Additionally, everyone single person I delt with from quote, to final payment was very professional and easy to work with. I will recommend this company to anyone needed a roof. Thank you all!!

I had them replace my roof and a piece on my garage door framing. Mr. Hicks was very professional, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and did a great job with his crew. I really appreciated him and his team. Would reccommend!

We had a large Gable extending over a porch installed and some posts and siding replaced and Mr. Hicks and his subcontractor Gabrial did an awesome job at a really reasonable price. They were very respective our us and our property, listened to our concerns, answered all our questions and returned all phone calls in a timely manner. They cleaned up well after their work. This was one of the few contracting experiences we have had that when it was done, we could say "Wow". While I don't normally write reviews, if you need work done, these are the people I would recommend you call!!!!!!

Eddie Hicks was absolutely amazing replacing my roof. He worked with my insurance and was awesome. My roof was completed in one day and looks great! My flowerbeds and yard was left completely cleaned up by his crew. Would recommend him to anyone!

This was the most pleasant experience imaginable. We started with a call due to storm damage. I called Mr. Hicks and he came the same day to look at the damage. He gave me his expertise assessment so I contacted the insurance company. Once the insurance handled their portion, I was scheduled immediately and had a new roof within days. The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was very thorough. The most difficult part of this was picking the color shingle we wanted. I HIGHLY recommend this company and my first call will always be to Mr. Eddie Hicks!!

I called for a roof inspection after having a home inspection. Nails were rusting and needing sealing. 2 guys were sent out, one had fairly good English. I get an estimate back and it tells me there’s no nails backed out. I sent her a message about the estimate to seal them and she argued with me saying no nails were backed out. Needless to say, I went with another company who would listen to my needs.
