I go here mostly to just waste some time.. I might walk out with 1 thing every now and then. Store is always dirty, prices are WAY too high!! This seems to be the theme though when it comes to all of the Downtown Rescue Missions. Not organized at all. And I always feel like someone is stalking me while I'm in there trying to shop. Some things just need to be thrown away instead of putting them out on the floor for sale! The workers there though, are mainly nice.

This store is the very worst in the whole chain. The rows of clothing are so close together, you can barely fit ONE shopping cart through the line. You're out of luck if someone is half-way down one. The staff is so harried to put out items they will basically run you over, but the lack of space makes not being in the way impossible.
Checking out takes FOREVER. Especially when the cashier makes a rookie mistake and the manager makes him re-ring the whole sale. That involved unwrapping a whole box of glassware and an extra twenty minutes of my life that I'll never get back.
I'm not wasting anymore time at this location.

I love a good thrift store, but can anyone tell me why they’re so expensive on their clothes And every downtown rescue mission store is like this.. I’ll go to look at glassware and stuff but don’t expect to find any good deals on clothes,shoes,etc.. also they just need to be throwing away more than half of the stuff they’re trying to sell.

I cannot believe how much this place has gone down hill! Your customers deserve better! I have shopped here looking for little treasures for 3 years and have definitely noticed a decline in both cleanliness, service and prices!!!! Shopping here should be cheaper than going to big box stores but in actuality this thrift store is higher $ ! I am actually thinking of coming out of retirement and working at this store just to get it back to where it once was! No experience at a thrift store but I’m sure I could do better than whom ever is running it now. My understanding was Christianity kindness etc. lower the prices so our children in need in our community can have nice clothes to go to school!

Staff is very nice. However, there are NO mirrors, no bench or chair in the dressing rooms. How inconvenient!

The man who collects the donation items is THE BIGGEST JERK I HAVE EVER MET. I will not donate here anymore, nor shop here.
