If I could give them no stars I would. I had an appointment with them to help me out with a utility bill. The reason I needed help is because my car put me down and I had no other form of transportation to get to work. I even called the transportation company and could never get anyone to answer the phones, so I eventually lost my job! Losing my job I got behind on bills. So I called around for assistance and made an appointment with them. I brought everything they told me to bring for my appointment. This was on a Wednesday! They said they would give me a call if they needed anything. No calls! So Monday comes and I call them! They come up with that I had to get something from my former employer saying my reason ending the job. I called my last employer and ask if there is anything they can send them, they told me that they should have some kind of documentation for them to fill out in order to get that information. Of course they don’t! I even gave them my last check stub, which my former employer said to do! So I wasn’t able to get the help I needed because of this! This could have all been avoided had they called me like they said they would but never did! They give excuses on why they can’t help although you bring everything they ask you to! I believe and this is my opinion if you’re not Catholic you won’t get any help from them! I would suggest finding other sources for help!

They are definitely not the one to call for help. They act like they will help you but never call you to let you know anything. It’s like they basically get all your information just to not help even when you bring everything they say you need in order to get help. I will give them a negative 0. Don’t waist your time with them when it comes to needing help with a bill. They don’t care what your situation is.
