Whoever decides who goes to work on the registers should make sure that the people are able to work with people. I have been here more times than I can remember and never have I gotten such an attitude from a cashier . If you don't want to do your job or work with people go work in the back where there are no people . I went to say something as I was walking out and she short haired older lady says go shop somewhere else crabby . Which made me say excuse me I'm not the crabby one . Wow just wow . Noone can be polite anymore . Extremely disappointed. Won't be back

I wanted to donate a sofa sleeper, called ahead and was told as long as it was in good shape they would take it. Got there and they said yeah we don’t want it, it’s dark green. It is a quality piece and expensive brand. I don’t understand?

The wait time and process to donate here is totally unacceptable and terrible for the environment. People are expected to line up in their running cars for over 30 minutes to donate. They need to have one line for those whom require a receipt and a different line for those who don’t want a receipt to expedite this process. I will never donate money or items to the Salvation Army again. There are charities out their that respect the environment and people’s time. That goes for the Bell ringers at Christmas too. I will never give this 20 billon dollar enterprise another penny.

TSA has saved my life! These amazing folks stepped up when all others failed to see the severity of my conditions. They have stood by my side and helped bring peace back into my life through salvation and Jesus Christ. They continue to be a cornerstone for a steadfast foundation; which is the hope needed to slowly rebuild a good and humble life. I pray that many more people will join us as we strive to do the most good! My wife and I are hosting a support group every Wednesday from 1-2pm to help those in need of support. Come down and join us at 503 Lake St. We hope to see you soon! God bless us all 🙏

Call this agency since September no help at all. They did not even call me back. Said they don't provide emergency services. Really? I am beginning to think these agencies out in Brighton and Howell Michigan are prejudice!
Update
I had an appointment today. They did not open the door instead they looked out the window at me. I called they did not answer the phone either. Finally i saw someone at the door ran over got in and they have no idea of who i am. Six people jammed into a room the size of a bathroom.
Its the keystone cops. I left. I will never ever be back. These people have no organization and clearly have no skills to deal with the public.

These amazing folks have given me love and compassion during my darkest days! They taught me self sufficiency and proper planning prevents poor performance! That giving back is essential for a prosperous future. That love and listening above all will heal all wounds caused from suffrage. God bless us all and much praise for TSA!!

I shop at Sal Army because I have a budget and only buy items that are discounted, but I frequently don't get the discount they advertise in writing and verbally, so I waste my gas going back to deal with a sour manager who only gives me credit with a deadline that I probably won't use because I don't get back there in time, or I don't find anything I want. I even reminded the cashier there were discounts as he rung me up today and he still didn't do it. Either they fail to train their employees or they do this intentionally, maybe both. It happens far too often, and I've never had these issues at other stores. I don't want credit. I didn't buy the stuff with credit. I want MY money back that they shouldn't have taken in the first place. Is this even legal

This is a nice group of people with whom one can share information and grow. Bible studies are excellent. The co-ministers are kind and dedicated people. They are trained in handling situations and problems.
