Well my place on keego rd was set on fire in 2022 however I had recently paid the balance off in full and paid another deposit for water to be connected at a new residence that I am currently renting however I was told that i would get the deposit back on the keego residence however that the New deposit on the new rented property i will not get back due to change in the guidelines. That was on the 18 of July. I have emailed them 3 times in regards to the deposit for 607 keego rd and I have not received any response. Nor has the check came in the mail like the Lady said it would.

I have never had a problem with McCall water. But I have had McCall for a long time. With all the new homes coming in don’t know how the water pipes are run for them. But for us in country there is no problem

If you don't go to Catawba Springs Baptist church, get ready to be screwed over. The maintenance supervisor is Awesome and the only reason I'm giving them a second star. This place allowed my neighbor to tap into my water line then turn my water off when they felt like it. Then charge me for a new service when I tried to move my meter. So glad I'm leaving this crooked area. Get a well if you're in this water district.

Can't even mark a water line so the state won't dig into it. Too late now they started digging up the ditch an hour ago. If there is a water line I hope it's not too close to where they gotta dig.

Found out I was being charged an extra 20something a month and went up there to complain. I brought my bill and showed them the math. Then they said it was a second meter charge because I had another building hooked up. I told them I didn't, and had to argue with them about the fact that only my house was hooked up.

They said there used to be a trailer here also hooked up and I informed them the trailer was removed from the property before I even moved in. They said I still had to dig up the water lines and prove that the trailer was disconnected. (When there isn't even a trailer here). I even pulled up streetview pics from 2014 showing there was NO trailer. Eventually they removed it and admitted they had been over charging me but still refused to credit or refund the amount I was over charged. They are always rude, and of course they could never make any mistakes.

Filed a complaint with the state but apparently they are a private company. So since I can't change companies I'll just keep paying a few cents above my actual bill...hope your accounting charges rack up every tax year.

Keep in mind this is just one of the many complaints I had...when they have to open the relief valve at the edge of my property they always leave it on for WEEKS at a time, flooding my yard. Several bad pipes down Foshee road that they never replace, only patch. Nothing but greedy scum this company.

Something is not right with this. I went from a 2 story home on 2 acres with animals to a double wide on a half acre with 1 animal and my bill went from 36$ to I never know from month to month what its gonna be. and when u mention it to them they always act or say thats it has to be on our end some kind of leak here or there.
No how about it could be on your end when your drivers that check meters jumps in and out of the truck without pad in hand to write a number down.
How about they just put down what they fell or they forget and just guess ... So frustrated

WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
Strike 1 bill number 1: They charged me 42$ instead of 24 because the lady in the office admitted she typed in the wrong number. I had only lived on the property for 1 week. She stated that the meter tech would zero out the meter and we would start over......never happened.
Strike 2 bill number 3: I received a bill for $121 because I "used 18,000 gallons" in 1 month because their meter tech never reset my meter. The lady in the office stated they are closed for covid and that she doesn't know how it happened that the supervisor would call me back. Havn't received a call yet. I will probably file a complaint with the county for possible criminal activity.

They charge $100 as a "deposit" just to turn on water and then claim they won't refund that money back to you. Such a rip off. A deposit should be given back to a customer.
