The gentlemen running the store are very nice & respectful. The store is well organized and kept pretty clean compared to most thrift shops. Prices are an amazing deal that doesn’t make you choose between food or clothes. Splurge!!!!, you will still have money for gas or groceries.

I was at this thrift store this past Monday, I was very happy that I found a dresser, something I have been looking for for quite a while. I am however very upset that I bought the dresser on Monday and we filled out paperwork to place on the dresser of what day I would be coming to pick it up. Which is today Saturday. THERE IS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT NOW SAYS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE!!! I just drove all the way up here to pick up the dresser I bought and they are closed and no one even bothered contacting me to tell me that they would be closed today!! Did they not know this when they wrote down that I would be here today to pick the dresser up!
And I drove from Milton Florida to come back up here to Brewton Alabama to pick it up! Again they are closed and no one bothered to contact me to let me know!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
Today is October 13th and I would like for anyone to who reads this review to know that this new store manager made everything RIGHT with this situation and I am very pleased at how it was handled. They will continue to get business from me and I will continue to try and send business to them.

It is not that I hate this place but I know that the prices are at times high. I believe the clothes should be a dollar at most. This stuff is donated and that is a fact they soon forget. I also know that items that have been donated never make into the floor. It is picked through and becomes property of some employees. That is a fact!

I don't know whats going on in there but this place has gotten so so gross. There is not even an ounce of cleanliness or organization in there it's actually awful. I was only in there for 5 minutes bc I couldn't stand it anymore. I've been there before in the past and it was usually this bad it's never been spotless but I wasn't disgusted before I don't know if they're just having a bad week or what but it is ROUGH in there right now.

Everyone was very sweet and helpful. It was fairly priced and mostly organized. However.... the cashier was NOT friendly at all!!! She didn't even smile!

I've need help in the past. From agencies on Florida. They help but want every piece of documentation you can think of just to help with food. It's humiliating what you go through.
Outreach really care. They show it. They mean it. They blew my mind with the love and care and speed in which they helped us. I buy almost everything I need now from them. I donate too. I want to help them help others.

The employees are kind,helpful,respectful and the prices are good they have specials everyday, and stuff outside on tables that are free and even have some furniture that's free as well.

Not good. Was inquiring about set of chairs for my dining room. Wanted to recieve a call if any came in. I was refused. I didn't understand the rationale for that and no explanation was given.
