This organization does amazing work. I had the honor of keynoting their local law enforcement conference/training on domestic violence. In addition to all of the needed services they offer, what really stood out was how collaborative this organization is and how connected they are across the community. I felt this "sense of community" instantly, which is a really powerful and awesome thing to see. All of these individuals and organizers were incredible to work with. I am already eager to return to the community and look forward to continuing to cheer on their efforts.

Worker named Tia doesn't seem to be very organized or know how to communicate efficiently. I made an appt, had to wait 5 days. Then the day of appt i get turned away n rescheduled. Turns out not only was she not at work the entire week of the appt, but failed to put the appt in her calendar so anyone else could fill in for her.

I do not recommend anyone to affiliate themselves with this program. They do not help survivors. The advocates there are horrible. They will feed you with all these lies and misinformation to just have you waiting to tell you they can’t help you with housing or etc. This program needs to get shutdown because survivors deserve better. They do not have a heart or care in the world. They’re very cold hearted people and do not care at all about anyone!!! Stay Away!! This program is NOT safe it’s Neglecting !!!

This is a nice agency with lots of community assistance programs. I’ve been donating to the Free Clothing for years but went in a few weeks ago and the person there gave me so much attitude. Asked me what seasons, sizes etc the clothing I was donating was and wanted to go through the bag in front of me to “take what we can use.” I asked her if she was kidding! She said “we have to be very selective these days.”

I’m sorry but if I’m dropping off a bag of clothing, I do not want to stand there while you decide what is worth giving away for free or not. They’re always posting they need kids clothing but I guess they don’t need it that bad. I won’t be donating again.

They Will not help you if you don’t work they will belittle you as a parent who is trying to find a better life for you and your kids. They pretty much make you out to be crazy. I personally haven’t been thru this program but I highly suggest to NOT GO HERE. They let your “roommates” talk to you and your kids how every they want even tho there are “rules” the roommates let alone try to dominate and take over everything. Everyone here is rude as hell staff in particular!!! They live happy lives they don’t care about you!!

Went here last year to get rental assistance filled out the requisite paperwork and was told someone would call us after already being approved. Never heard anything back even after stopping several times to see what was going on.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They do nothing to help victims, all they do is enable our stalkers and abusers. 5 females already got kicked out because a girl lies about being bullied by real residents. Staff needs to get fired, they are in need of new staff, seriously.
