I went in and bouggt some shirts .Due to not getting the recieite didn't know you could'nt take back the items I bought The manager is the most rudest women ive ever meet. She has the stupidest saying We Do Not Lose Any Money. Well No Ma'm you dont Due to getting everthing in the Store FREE.. But the custmer is the one that's losing there Money

Good hearted people who doesn't live there. But the guy who is the boss man there is allowing two of the guys who stays there to also work there so they are dubble dipping.
And what I mean by that is that they are living off of tax payers money that the government give the mission to pay the bill and to pay the staff members who works for them. So it's against the law for them to allow the guys to work and live for a non profit organization because because how's it make any sense to keep allowing it to go on when at a time in my life when I needed the help instead I got kicked out on the street with no place to go or stay no job no one willing to help not even the mission of hope. But he will help the guy who drinks on the job drives drunk and go inside the house. Sumthing needs to be done about the way he is running the mission of hope.

One of the most horrible places to stay at in Dothan, Alabama if you're homeless. The only thing that it has going for it, is that it has a large concentration of great churches that support and feed the residents. So far, in my experience, all homeless missions, fall short of being pillars of hope. Some of these leaders in these missions, can't even recite a verse from the bible, let alone, know the words to the hymns. So, in other words, I'd recommend a cardboard box out in the boonies.

Who all got bit with bed bugs at this place. The lady shows favoritism (Ms. Tracy) Mr. Bradley listens to everything Ms. Tracy says. I was biten up and kicked out. These people have Godly churches to come out but have NOTHING of God dwelling inside their hearts. I followed the rules and I was treated wrongly because I have a nice vehicle and the men were attracted to me there (The leader was very jealous). For someone who was homeless IN THE SAME FACILITY only a year ago how could someone throw out a 26 yr female at 5am because she spoke up about bed bugs. Please comment if you would like to sign my paperwork stating you were bite as well.

I am 63 and disabled and had to walk to get walk because the Adult Protective services would not assist with transportation. And I had hoped to obtain some of the Project Share Funds and some items of furniture so that I would not have to sleep on the cold floor in my physical condition but after finally making it to the Rescue Mission I thought I was going to be turned away because I was informed that the appointment was for the 14th. I tried to explain that I had tried to explain that when I had called that it was on the 14th as that was the day that the Dothan Utilities had turned my services off and was told by the Rescue Mission to come in on the following Tuesday on the 19th the day that I arrive for my appointment. I had a bill for for over$ 300 due 2//2/2021 but the Rescue Mission just gave me a voucher in the value of $70 good for only a period of ten (10) days but the remaining balance must balance must be paid before the voucher can be be used to pay for the last $70.00 that are owed on the bill before the voucher can be used and the voucher is only good for a total of ten days after which it it becomes void. I explained to the Rescue Mission employee that I lived on SSI disability benefits and that I received my benefits on the first of the each month and that the $ $70..00 voucher would expire before my disability benefits would arrive next month and she said that she could not help that and that. I told her that I had been sleeping on the floor and that that my funds had been stolen from my bank account and most of my stimulus payment had been stolen from my my home that I had to pay my rent and utilities with.again I asked if there was any way that I could try to obtain a couch to sleep on because my neighbor and I had experienced an bed .bud invasion and that I desperately needed something to sleep on instead of the floor that it was just getting very difficut and painful for my condolences. She just told me to have a good day.
