Focus 50 +.
Good opportunities for citizen involvement, participating in a safe, welcoming space. Tuscaloosa County.

Tuscaloosa PARA Fitness centers are fabulous hosts for exercises, games, art, pickle ball, and walking track [ gym] indoors. Line dancing. Socializing, fellowship. All this thru Focus 50+ organization. Good times to get fit or take a class.

I was put out of the senior Center in holt because I simply asked the question 'what happened to my puzzle. I was told that if I come back I will go to jail. Monica Walker lied and said that I was rude and disrespectful. I went to management and the council committee meetings and there wasn't anything done about it. This lady straight out lied on me. Who ever heard of a senior citizen being escorted out of a senior citizen Center by the sheriff?
