Magical, just magical. I brought 2 year old grand daughter not knowing what to expect. We actually walked the whole thing, she did great and loved every second. Perfect for kids of all ages and for adults of varying abilities!!

Don't ever bring your taxes to them. Free is NOT the way sometimes. Waited month and a half for my taxes with no communication from them and they messed them up so now I have to physically Mail them out after I have their mistakes fixed. Worst experience ever.

I have called for 9 business days straight and left numerous messages. I am 71 and on SS, I need help to file my taxes. Please someone call me. This doesn't seem right.

The lady who was working up front was very pleasant abd helpful. Always rather deal with a person like her when asking for help than someone else who is being rude to you, makes things a lot easier. I don't remember her name though, but would like to thank her for her assistance and patience with me.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Or should I say their staff. Jennifer and Teresa is with liheap are excellent, as is Tracy. Highly professional extremely competent very efficient with excellent follow through.
