I can not say enough about the friendliness and knowledge of the aquatic staff…Specifically Jessica, Jennifer, and Pearson. Jessica’s class is a great work out and she brings an element of fun that makes me forget I’m actually exercising! Jennifer is a knowledgeable and helpful lifeguard. I feel very safe at the pool! My family and I always have an enjoyable time when we come for a family swim! Pearson is a wonderful swim instructor. We have taken multiple sessions of private lessons from him. He is always on time and communicates well with us about the progression of our kids swim skills. The Natrona county YMCA pool makes me want to sing from the mountaintops, “Y…M…C…A!”

I love visiting the YMCA when I am in Casper. The aquatics facility is wonderful and the aquatics staff is always friendly and kind. One life guard in particular always makes me laugh with her antics, Jennifer Heath. Thank you for having a wonderful place for my family to swim

AWFUL. I was so disappointed $24 to use the pool and hot tub for 2 people!? This place is new and the sauna is tiny, the pool is boring, nowhere to hang your towels. They have no kid friendly fun area. Wow. will never go back. Definitely go to the rec center over this place.

Everyone is so nice here! The water aerobics classes are easy to do after spinal surgery but I still feel like I’m moving and getting my HR up. The locker rooms are cleaned after every group and it’s just a very welcoming environment.

Coming here on vacation from a much larger city, I expected a smaller YMCA with less amenities. Boy was I wrong. This Y is great! Except for a pool, this new YMCA had all equipment, rooms and facilities of the ones in larger cities. Only this Y was cleaner and decorated even decorated. I'm so glad I can work out here while on vacation! Definitely a 5 star Y in my opinion.

I am a 100% disabled veteran who needs to swim. I was a YMCA member for over 15 years and enjoyed the old pool. After the new $13 million pool was built the aquatic staff and YMCA director gave two (2) people the opportunity to reserve the same lane & time. Normally this system would be used for swim teams; those who swim the crawl at the same speed. However, based on doctor advice, I swim a medley of 5 strokes (2 on my back) for 7 cycles. This cannot be done under the Y's reservation system. Swimmers run into each other. People get hurt. I also need to use Lane 3 due to my poor vision while swimming since it has a HVAC duct which I can follow. (I offered to help pay to improve the ceiling markings in order to be able to use other lanes; this was dismissed out-of-hand as too hard without discussing different methods.) I originally spoke with the Aquatics Director and staff 2 or 3 times to describe my situation. They said the Y's director controlled the reservation system. Then, over a period of 2 months I wrote (specifically and nicely) to explain my situation, clearing the two letters before sending with a YMCA Trustee. The letters' intent was not only ignored, I was accused of causing problems (of which I have no knowledge) and personally humiliated in the way the 8+ week delayed answer was handled/delivered. The Y claims to Respect and Honor all people. This Y does not listen to well-meaning patrons or wish to understand 100% disabled military veterans' situations. As a consequence I could no longer swim here, and I quit the Y. Nobody has even asked why... hence, this warning to other potential Y users... especially veterans.

This ymca has a lot of fitness equipment, swimming pools, volleyball courts, basketball courts and other sports rooms. Their service is very good.

The director definitely thinks she knows everything about everything. The staff are (mostly) nice but that director is something else.
