I was having a terrible time with my vehicle and my partner needed the emergency room, we were overwhelmed and found this wonderful place to stay, find a job and get Saved by Jesus. Wonderful guests here and you get to stay away from the men altogether. A wonderful experience also because of the caring staff, the delicious food and the fact that everyone really loves Jesus. It was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. Being homeless is not easy but being in that environment changed my life. I don't think I'll ever drink again because of this place and their dedication to serving the Lord is totally contagious.

What they expect us to eat every day and every other time.
Hardly any fresh fruit and eating leftovers instead of freshly made food.

If not for this mission I would still be on the street with no home and drinking and using myself to death. Thank you so much.

This review comes from 5 months of direct experience receiving services. On the operations level, this org demonstrates overt gang affiliation across lower level employees as well as upper management. Gross intimidation against select clients in connection with domestic sex trafficking operations in the United States. Grotesque social violence. No excuse for it, they should be ashamed of themselves so they might restore accountability and choose honest, moral, healthy social behaviors. The fact that this has been allowed in this facility raises questions about accountability structures that SHOULD have fixed the problem a long time ago, particularly local law enforcement. I leave this review with grief, not joy.

Very nice place and very friendly staff. If you follow the rules all will go well for you. Treat the staff with respect! They're your friends, not your enemies. Make your bed, do your chore. Don't eat in the bunk. If you're really looking to get off the street, the mission can help you, but you have to be willing to help yourself. Very good people!

I’d like to direct this review specifically to those looking to make a conscientious contribution to what they believe is a worthwhile cause. I can assure you with absolute certainty that you can find far greater altruistic, benevolent endeavors to give your monies to. Not only does this place lack a modicum of compassion for those it seeks to serve, but treatment of those individuals and families is downright cruel. It’s unfortunate that those in need have limited resources and thus, are forced to endure the prison-like conditions - and that’s not hyperbole. Even more shameful is the fact this facility masquerades as one driven by Jesus Christ and his teachings.

I was there for over a month. The way some of the staff treated me was not nice. Out of all the staff there is only 3 people that treated me really nice. The others ones have some problems. They act like they are better than you. The rules about you taking your medicines and very wrong. They are not nursing or doctors. I did everything I was posts to do, I went and got a job and moved out with a place to live. But, they are other people that just lay around in there and they don't get in trouble or kick out. Yes, they provide 3 meals a day and roof over your head but the was they treat people is not good. I will be honest I will never go back there. Plus, they are looking to get more GRANTS for that Christian Program. But, that is what is it all about is getting more GRANTS. But, they are don't act like Christian. I think they are using the Homeless to get more GRANTS for that Christian Program. And the guy name GARY that runs the place is not very nice. He walks around with a CHIP on his shoulder. He acts like he is better than you. They all will have to face GOD one day. Good Luck!
