This is the worst place I've ever seen in my life. A shortcut laws do what they want. About 5 years ago, they showed up on my doorstep for 2 cops and took my vehicle with some bogus information on paper. I went to court in 2 days before I went to court. They sold my truck. And then told me oops, sorry nothing we can do. Then it turns out that the cop wanted my truck.I'm gonna see this place now This was a picture of the truck that they stole and said it was only worth what he bought at $4600 when it was worth 15 grand.

Extremely rude people. I have never been so disrespected by a business in my life. When I called to explain our situation after my boyfriend was threatened to be taken to court even though we had been making monthly payments, she wouldn't let me get a single word in and told me to borrow the money from someone else and make payments to them. Told us none of the payments we are making will stop them from taking further action. This place is a joke and if you can get your account switched over to elsewhere I highly recommend doing it as soon as you can.

It’s a scam of a business, I paid off a 6 year old debt I recently found out about. Waited over a month for them to remove or mark it as paid in full. They told me they report weekly and that i should see it come off my report after Experian does they’re monthly report. It’s still not showing as paid in full, i have left messages and called multiple times in the past 4 business days. Still waiting for a call back

You people do know you can file with the Better Business Bureau against this agency? My niece is having issues with this place. There is also the FDCA that are guidelines they must follow and if they harass you sue them

Very rude people work here. Had a issue and the lady on the phone was very rude. Got everything handled correctly through the court system and was treated very nicely over there but here very rude and had no respect.

Been trying to make payments but everytime I call goes straight to voicemail. I'm now going to court because they can't answer their dam phones like a normal business should.

This place twists and changes every agreement you talk about. Piss poor people skills and aren’t willing to work on anything so expect to get screwed!
