To me, the WMR is a beacon of hope for those in need, regardless of their location, especially when it comes to their medical needs. I also witnessed a lot of people volunteering their precious time. The old saying: There is a blessing in every good deed. I love the WMR and its mission, the people who are volunteering, and all the donors. God's blessings be with all.

Was such a huge fan of this place but lately what a shift show. First can I say they actually bring property values down their facility is run down dangerously overgrown with trash everywhere. The staff is mean and rude. Called b4 I dropped stuff off said bring it down drove a hour only to be yelled at by a rude dock worker. So much for trying to help other. It's in the landfill from now on!

Great inexpensive place to get supplies needed for any medical condition

Sorry to say but they’re supposed to be doing good but they’re not in my view. I’ve called them for the last two months. I have two bedrooms full of medical equipment, bed chairs Medical needs instead of me throwing them away. I wanted to donate them and they don’t answer their phones. They give me attitudes they don’t respond. One guy comes out says oh my God so much I’ll be back, I call a couple days later saying what’s going on where are you? We are not coming back anymore.

Good afternoon, I came to the Southfield location on May 9, 2023 on crutches needing a scooter. The two female greeters at the entry are not that friendly because I didn’t have an appointment. This was not my first encounter with them. I came a few months ago for a family member needing supplies and received Same negative greeting.

However, Katherine A was returning from lunch and was happy to help me. She was pleasant and was able to locate a scooter for me and a good price too. She also helped me back to my car and I loaded scooter into my backseat. She’s displayed exceptional customer service skills. I’m happy I met her. I told my Doctor about your organization. He plans to donate supplies and refer his patient who are experiencing financial hardship to your organization for equipment.

Wonderful place that allows ordinary people to give back to their community! Had an amazing time volunteering there with 2 of my pharmacy school friends, we got to meet some amazing people!
