It has been such amazing experience being here Woodlands Health Care. I had fallen broke hip femur, had surgery. Couldn't walk! I was sent here. All the staff are considered, respectful. The therapist are just amazing.. working with you at your pace, 😊 they challenge you. Which I'm extremely grateful for they have me walking with a walker I continue to have outside therapy it will be a process. I would to extend my appreciation to all from Kristina Case Worker who made my stay great. To all the therapist Gori, Kristen and Bill amazing experience. Very greatly.

I had a great time there all the workers were very friendly and knew their jobs my CNA’s were excellent they made me feel comfortable and took care of all my knees the PT department outstanding they know their jobs they got me up and walking and very supportive matter fact the place is so nice. I would work there myself and I particularly like their boss he’s a people person great to work for and his name is Connor thank you very much for treating your people and your patience with love thanks.🙏🙏🏾🙏🙏🏾👍❤️❤️❤️

This place all the staff are very nice, caring and kind with patients. It is a very clean and beautiful facility the housekeeping works very hard. All the staff are very welcoming and my mom is very happy to stay here! I am very thankful and appreciative to nursing, therapy, the doctors and front desk. They have haircuts and nail polish too! We love the activity staff are happy and joyful and are very kind to my mom. I love Woodlands! I appreciate all the staff especially Frank the nurse and Liz and Norma in activities! 🥰👍😇

Insensitive care. The lack of proper care and communication was extremely frustrating and concerning. This does not go for all healthcare providers at this center but in such a short amount of time, my family member’s health has declined and deteriorated. Please think twice and talk to providers to make sure a rehabilitation center has the right plan and priorities for your love ones. Advocate for them.

I cant help but rave about my Mom’s experience at Woodlands. She was admitted from Good Samaritan for Rehabilitation from a fall. We had a horrible experience with another facility in October and I was feeling reluctant to place her in another facility but knew I had to.

Woodlands was heaven sent. I was so comfortable leaving her there. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Everyone made her feel at home. The OT / PT staff were incredible, the nursing staff, admin team, front desk and activities team were all amazing as well!

My mom enjoyed all the special attention she received during her stay. As a family we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We always felt welcomed when we arrived and we also enjoyed the Bingo games!

Today was her discharge date and my mom cried having to say goodbye to everyone!

Thank you to everyone at Woodlands for all your help and support in my moms recovery.

We definitely will be referring your facility to anyone in need!

My husband has been here two times. This is the second time. He arrived in bad condition but the physical therapists do a wonderful job at getting him better. I greatly appreciate the personable way they treat my husband. The staff always has a great attitude. If our family ever needs rehab services again down the road we will come back here. They did a good job making him comfortable

My grandmother has been to several skilled rehab centers throughout the years. There’s no place like home, but Woodlands is by far the best place to be when you or your loved one needs rehab before going home.

The building is well maintained and appears to be recently updated. The staff there (reception, nursing, and others) make it feel like a warm and friendly environment.

My wife just spent over two months at Woodlands and I visited her everyday for six to seven hours. She was treated with kindness, caring, and exemplary professionalism. This applies to everyone we met. They are meticulously clean and use quality materials in all procedures. Her meds were delivered at the appropriate times always. The full time therapy staff worked with her all weekdays in their well equipped gym. Even the food is excellent and the kitchen staff prepares vegan, blended, kosher, non-gluten, etc. specials as needed by residents. The facility is not a luxury hotel, but it is a clean, light, spacious facility with nice outside areas with tables, shade, etc. You can pay more for nursing homes, but you will not receive better care for your loved ones than at Woodlands.
